Reconditioning Method
Every Skyjack equipment before disassembly will be carefully checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary equipment required to complete a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Every Skyjack machine is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new parts: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. Moreover, each unit receives new batteries, tires and worn pins and bushings and battery cables are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers offers an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These models provide a ninety seven inch center of load.
